PARTNER ECOSYSTEM

OneEnterprise has no outbound sales team. Every customer relationship starts with a partner. Resell and implement the platform, build domain-aware Business Connectors for the marketplace, or do both. Two revenue streams, zero program fees, one program.

Two Revenue Streams

Choose your path. Or take both.

Most partner programs offer one way to earn. This one offers two, and they stack.

Sell the Platform

Refer, resell, implement, or operate OneEnterprise for your customers. Four tracks, recurring commission, zero credit risk.

Build for the Marketplace

Build domain-aware Business Connectors, publish to the marketplace, earn 80%+ recurring revenue. Zero program fees.

Four Ways to Participate

Choose your track. Or run more than one.

Track designation is per deal, not per company. Many partners start as a Finder or Reseller and add an MSP practice over time.

FINDER

Refer & Earn

Introduce a lead, hand off to a closing partner, get paid. No selling, no delivery required.

RESELLER

Source, Close, Steward

Be the customer’s primary relationship. Source, qualify, close, and optionally bundle services on top.

SYSTEM INTEGRATOR

Deliver Complex Projects

Source, close, and deliver enterprise implementations. Services revenue is 100% yours.

MSP

Run It Ongoing

Source, close, deliver, and operate the platform for the customer. Highest customer lifetime value.

BUILD & EARN

Your domain knowledge becomes a product.

Build domain-aware Business Connectors with your expertise, publish them to the marketplace, and earn recurring subscription income. Six of nine major iPaaS vendors pay partners nothing for what they build. We take a different approach.

REVENUE TO YOU

80%+

You keep the majority of every subscription to the Business Connectors you build and publish.

PROGRAM FEES

$0

No enrollment fees. No annual costs. No tier-gated charges at any level of the program.

BUILD, ALL CONNECT

1

Each Business Connector you build connects to every system in the customer’s network through the OES standard. One build, universal reach.

Grow With Us

Four tiers. Two pillars to qualify.

Tier qualification rests on revenue and customer health. Hitting revenue targets without healthy customers does not qualify you. This calibrates the program to long-term value, not short-term wins.

01

Authorized

Entry tier. Complete onboarding and certification. Start selling with full platform access.

02

Silver

Proven track record. Higher commission rates. Priority deal registration. Co-marketing funds.

03

Gold

Top-tier economics. Named executive sponsor. Advanced certifications. Strategic account support.

04

Platinum

Elite program. Highest margins. Joint go-to-market. Product roadmap input. First access to new regions.

What Makes This Different

A partner program built from first principles.

Most vendor programs say “partner-first” but keep a direct sales team. We designed ours differently.

Zero outbound sales

No prospecting, no quotas, no SDRs chasing the same leads you are. This is a structural commitment in the partner agreement, not marketing copy.

Marketplace revenue from day one

80% revenue share on every connector subscription, scaling to 90%. No cap, no sunset clause. Six of nine major iPaaS competitors pay partners nothing for what they build.

Performance-rewarded commission

Commission for the life of the customer (capped at 7 years). Healthy customers with high NPS earn you a higher multiplier. The program rewards stewardship, not just closing.

Build once, connect everywhere

OES means your Business Connector communicates with every other system in the customer’s landscape through a universal message standard. One component, universal reach.

Layered support from Day 1

You own the customer relationship. We own the platform engineering. Year 1 shared deep-technical support with knowledge transfer built in. No surprise scope dumps.

Zero program fees at every tier

No enrollment fee. No annual membership cost. No $100K jump between tiers. The only investment is your development time. Your cost is hours spent building, not access fees paid to the platform.

Support Model

Clear ownership. No grey zones.

Every support tier has a defined owner from day one. No ambiguity about who handles what.

Tier 1
WHO OWNS IT

Partner (from Day 1)

WHAT IT COVERS

First customer contact, triage, basic troubleshooting, configuration questions

Tier 2
WHO OWNS IT

Shared Year 1, then Partner

WHAT IT COVERS

Deep technical investigation. OE co-handles with weekly office hours in Year 1 for knowledge transfer

Tier 3
WHO OWNS IT

OneEnterprise (permanently)

WHAT IT COVERS

Code-level platform engineering. Only the platform vendor can do this work

The Platform

What you’re actually selling.

This is not another API connector tool. Here is what makes OneEnterprise structurally different from everything else on the market.

OES Canonical Model

A shared business vocabulary (Customer, Order, Product, Invoice) that every connected system speaks. Map once, connect forever. No other platform has this.

Business Connectors

Pre-built, domain-aware connectors that encode real business logic, localization, and tax handling. Not generic API adapters. They understand each system’s data model.

Dual Engine

Automation Engine (trigger-action workflows) and Business Engine (real-time pub/sub sync) in one platform. Your customers get both. Competitors make them choose.

OES-MCP Gateway

Governed AI access to business systems through the MCP protocol. AI agents read and write data in canonical business language, not raw APIs. Identity, audit, and policy built in.

On-Premise Agent

A secure encrypted tunnel for on-prem systems like SAP B1. No firewall ports, no VPN. Critical for the B1 market where almost every deployment is on-premise.

Patented Key Mapping

Cross-system identity resolution that keeps records linked. The same customer is always the same customer, no matter which system created it. Patented. No competitive equivalent.

Partner FAQ

Common questions, direct answers.

No deflection, no hand-waving. If something matters, we tell you the number.

OneEnterprise has no outbound sales motion. No SDRs, no account executives competing for your deals. Every customer relationship starts with a partner. The commitment is structural and permanent, written into the master partner agreement.
No. This is not a market-entry tactic. Our commercial model is structurally designed around partner success. Building an outbound sales team would unwind it. If we ever changed this (we will not), every active partner would be notified with a multi-year transition window.
You do, day-to-day. OneEnterprise owns the legal contract (customer signs and pays OE), but you are the primary commercial contact: sales, implementation, configuration, optimization, and ongoing relationship management. We do not call your customers to sell.
Commission ranges from 20% to 40%+ depending on your tier and track. Year 1 pays quarterly, Year 2+ pays monthly. All commission runs for up to 7 years per customer, with a performance multiplier tied to NPS and renewal rates. See the full economics breakdown.
Active partner deal registrations always win. If you have registered a deal and the customer separately asks for direct engagement, your registration protects you. Priority is first-to-register with a defined 90-day window (renewable on demonstrated activity).
If the lead has partner attribution (UTM, referral code, deal-reg link), you are auto-credited. If not, Customer Success qualifies them and presents 2 to 3 fitting partners matched on region, vertical, and capacity. The customer chooses. Active deal registrations always take priority.
Yes. Track designation is per deal, not per company. The same partner can act as Finder on one deal, Reseller on another, and MSP on a third. Tier qualification is based on aggregate sourced revenue across tracks. Commission is calculated per deal at the relevant track’s rate.
Tier 1 support is always yours from Day 1. Tier 2 is shared during Year 1 (OE co-handles with weekly office hours for knowledge transfer), then you lead from Year 2. Tier rates reward delivery quality, not layer absorption.
When a customer subscribes to a Business Connector you built, you earn 80% of the subscription revenue at the Starter tier, scaling to 85% (Growth) and 90% (Premier) as you publish more connectors and grow your subscriber base. There is no cap on earnings and no sunset clause. Revenue is paid monthly.
Yes. Many partners do both. You can resell the platform as a Reseller or SI (earning commission on subscriptions) and separately build Business Connectors for the marketplace (earning revenue share on connector subscriptions). The two income streams are independent and stack.
No. Partners use the same Connector Designer, Flow Designer, and Automation Designer that customers use. There is no separate SDK, no partner-specific APIs, and no additional tooling investment. If you can use the product, you can build for the marketplace.
