Our story
The team behind OneEnterprise brings over 200 combined years of enterprise integration experience. They built SAP CRM Middleware, global SFA systems, and integration platforms running in 65+ countries. They’ve seen firsthand how every implementation starts from scratch, how knowledge gets lost between projects, and how the industry keeps selling automation as integration.
OneEnterprise was born from a simple question: what if enterprise systems spoke the same language? Not just connected through APIs, but truly understood each other through a shared, canonical business vocabulary.
That question became the OneEnterprise Specification (OES), a universal business language built from hundreds of real-world deployments. Combined with production-grade Business Connectors and the OES-MCP Gateway, OES gives AI agents a governed path into enterprise systems for the first time.
Meet the team
Our team of roughly 20 people is balanced between engineering and GTM. About half build the platform, Business Connectors, and MCP Gateway. The other half recruit partners, enable customers, and expand into new regions.
