BUSINESS VISIBILITY

Search for any business object by key or name. See every system it lives in, every system it hasn’t reached, and exactly where it is on its journey.
No log files. No hex dumps. Just ask OneEnterprise.

About

What is Business
Visibility?

Business users think in business objects, not messages. “Where is product SKU-4891 right now?” In a traditional iPaaS, answering that means logging into each system individually, parsing raw logs, and tracing hex dumps across platforms.
OneEnterprise lets any user search for a business object (a product, a customer, an order) and instantly see its complete distribution across your landscape. Which systems have it. Which don’t. Where it is right now.

That’s just the starting point. The platform adds four visibility layers on top: end-to-end message tracking, a self-service Error Inbox with three-tier error classification, processing analytics, and proactive system health monitoring, plus five framework monitors covering queues, scheduling, transactions, key mappings, and environment health. No third-party tools. Everything in one platform.

Capability

Business Object Search

The visibility layer that sits above message tracking. Instead of tracing individual messages, search for the business entity you care about and see its complete status across your entire landscape.

  • Search by key or name

Find any product, customer, or order and see which systems hold it, and where it is in transit.

  • Centralized key management

Find any product, customer, or order and see which systems hold it, and where it is in transit.

  • No logs. No manual checks.

Simply ask OneEnterprise, and the platform tells you exactly where your data is.

Observability

Four more visibility layers, Built in, not bolted on

End-to-end message tracking

Every message is tracked from source to destination through System Components and Automations. At any point, your team can see where a message is, what state it’s in, and what happened at each processing step. When a message fails, the full path is visible in a single view. No cross-system log correlation, no timestamp matching, no guesswork.

Persistent logging captures key data from every message processed across the entire operational period. This serves both operational troubleshooting (what happened last Tuesday at 3 PM?) and compliance (proving that data moved correctly between systems during an audit window).

Self-service Error Inbox with automatic triage

When a message fails, the Error Handling mechanism activates immediately. It classifies the error type (connectivity, data quality, logic, permission) and determines who should resolve it. A connectivity error routes to IT operations. A data quality error routes to the business team. A component logic error routes to the integration partner.

Error handling operates at three tiers. Platform level: default handling that catches failures regardless of component configuration. Partner level: rules specific to that system’s known failure modes. Customer level: business-level overrides that route specific error types to specific people within your organization.

Processing analytics

Message tracking shows you what happened to individual messages. Processing Analytics show you what’s happening across your entire integration landscape. How many messages are flowing? What’s the error rate? Where are the bottlenecks? How are trends moving over time?

This aggregate view lets your team optimize proactively, identifying throughput constraints and rising error patterns before they become business problems. Instead of reacting to Monday morning’s failure queue, your team sees the trend building on Thursday and addresses it.

Proactive system health monitoring

System Landscape Services provide a centralized registry of every system, entity, and credential in your environment. Each entry includes authentication configuration and a ping function for on-demand connectivity verification.

System Health Monitoring runs continuously, checking connected systems on a timer-controlled basis. When a system becomes unreachable, the platform detects the change and alerts your team before the first integration message fails. Instead of discovering a system outage through a queue of 200 failed messages, your team gets a single alert that the system is down and takes action before any messages are affected.

Platform Monitoring

Four more visibility layers, no add-ons required

ENVIRONMENT

System Environment Check

Timer-controlled health checks on every connected system. Know when a system goes down before your integrations start failing.

QUEUES

Queue Monitor

Monitors message queues with actionable controls. See what’s waiting, what’s stuck, and take action directly from the monitor.

SCHEDULING

CRON Monitor

Full visibility into pending timer-triggered actions. Know what’s scheduled, what’s overdue, and what ran last.

DATA INTEGRITY

Key Mapping Monitor

Verify that cross-system key relationships are correct and complete. Confirm the Key Handling Service is maintaining accurate mappings.

Real-World Impact

When Business Visibility changes the outcome

These are the moments where built-in visibility turns a potential crisis into a routine resolution.

Your operations manager needs to know whether product SKU-4891 has reached the warehouse system. In a traditional platform, they’d open the ERP, check if the product was sent, then log into the WMS to see if it arrived, and if it didn’t, start digging through integration logs or even hex dumps. With OneEnterprise, they search “SKU-4891” and immediately see: it’s in SAP, it’s in the warehouse system, it’s in transit to Salesforce, and it hasn’t reached the e-commerce platform yet. One search. Full answer. No log files.

A transaction fails between your ERP and warehouse system. In a traditional platform, your team checks logs in three different interfaces, correlates timestamps, and reconstructs the message path through trial and error. Two hours later, they find the root cause. The fix takes five minutes. With OneEnterprise, the full message path is visible in a single view, the Error Inbox shows the failure point and error classification, and the operations team resends the corrected message, all without opening a developer ticket.

Your e-commerce platform becomes unreachable at 2 AM. System Health Monitoring detects the outage and alerts your on-call team immediately. They acknowledge the issue and coordinate with the vendor. Meanwhile, zero integration messages fail because the team paused the affected queues before the first transaction hit the dead endpoint. Without proactive monitoring, they’d discover the outage at 8 AM through 600 failed messages.

Processing Analytics show that error rates on your Salesforce-to-ERP flow have climbed from 0.2% to 1.8% over the past three days. Your team investigates and finds a recently deployed CRM customization that’s producing malformed records. They coordinate with the CRM admin to fix the issue before the error rate triggers a wave of manual reconciliation work downstream.
