Projects
Containers for organising tasks and workflows. Project name, owner, team, colour, layout (List, Board, Timeline, Calendar), privacy setting, start and due dates, current status, and custom field schema.
Users
Individual user accounts in a workspace. Name, email address, workspace and team memberships, and profile photo. Read-only for provisioning and assignment purposes.
Teams
Organisational units grouping users and projects within a workspace. Team name, description, privacy setting, member list, and workspace reference. Used for access control and project visibility.
Sections
Named groupings within a project used to organise tasks into logical categories or workflow stages. Section name, project reference, and task ordering within the section.
Subtasks
Tasks nested beneath a parent task, representing smaller units of work within a larger item. Inherits all task fields including assignee, due date, attachments, custom field values, and completion status.
Tags
Free-form labels applied to tasks for cross-project categorisation and filtering. Tag name, colour, workspace reference, and the list of tasks the tag is associated with.
Portfolios

Attachments

Stories
Activity log entries and user comments on tasks. Author, resource type (comment or system event), text body, creation timestamp, and liked status. Covers task creation, reassignment, completion, and comment events.
CustomFields
