About Google Forms
Google Forms is a cloud-based data collection and survey platform within the Google Workspace suite. Used by millions of organisations worldwide, it enables the creation of surveys, quizzes, registration forms, and feedback forms, all stored in and accessible through Google Drive. Responses are captured in real time and can be linked directly to Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.

Deployment

Data Model
Each submission is a structured FormResponse containing per-question answers, respondent metadata, and a timestamp. Quiz responses also carry grade and feedback data per question.
