Invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders generated in SAP B1 or Dynamics 365 are automatically uploaded to a structured OneDrive folder hierarchy. Documents are named consistently, tagged with metadata, and immediately accessible to the finance team without manual upload.
CRM Attachment Sync
Contracts, proposals, and supporting documents attached to Salesforce or Dynamics 365 Sales opportunities are stored in OneDrive and linked back to the CRM record. Sales teams get the full Microsoft 365 co-authoring experience without leaving their CRM workflow.
Automated Report Distribution
Scheduled reports exported from BI tools, ERP systems, or data pipelines are written directly to shared OneDrive folders. Permissions are applied automatically, so only the right stakeholders have access, distributed to the correct drive locations without manual intervention.
Document-Triggered Workflows
When a new file is created, or an existing file is modified in a monitored OneDrive folder, a downstream workflow is triggered, kicking off approval processes, notifications, or data extraction pipelines in connected systems.
Access Control Automation
When a new employee is onboarded in an HR system or a new project is created in a CRM, the appropriate OneDrive folder permissions are granted automatically. When access is revoked in the source system, permissions in OneDrive are removed in the same step.
