About Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams is the collaboration hub within Microsoft 365, combining persistent chat, video meetings, file sharing, and app integration in a single workspace. With over 320 million monthly active users, Teams is the primary communication and collaboration platform for enterprises worldwide.

Core Capabilities
Team workspaces, channel-based messaging, direct and group chat, video conferencing, calendar scheduling, file collaboration, and app integrations via tabs and bots.

What Lives Under One Roof
What you can do with this connector
All natively built, All sharing OES data model. All accessible from one workspace.
ERP & CRM Event Notifications
Business-critical events from SAP, Salesforce, or Dynamics, such as new orders, overdue invoices, or escalated tickets, automatically post as messages to the relevant Teams channel, keeping the right people informed in real time.
Automated Approval Workflows
Approval requests originating in ERP or ITSM systems are surfaced as Teams messages. Approvers respond directly within Teams, and the decision is written back to the originating system without leaving the collaboration environment.
Onboarding & Offboarding Automation
When a new employee is created in an HR or identity system, the connector automatically provisions the user in Teams, assigns them to the correct team and channels, and schedules onboarding calendar events, all without manual steps.
Incident & Ticket Collaboration
When a critical incident is raised in ServiceNow or Zendesk, a dedicated Teams channel is automatically created for the incident team. Updates from the ticketing system post to the channel, and channel activity can update the ticket status.
Meeting & Calendar Synchronisation
Project milestones, delivery dates, and review cycles from project management or ERP systems are automatically created as calendar events and Teams meetings, ensuring all stakeholders have the correct schedule without duplicate data entry.
Cross-System User Directory Sync
User records and profile data maintained in HR systems or identity providers stay in sync with Teams user profiles. Role changes, department moves, and departures are reflected automatically across the collaboration platform.
